Shipping and Delivery

For the moment as we're a small biz getting our feet off the ground, we're shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK & Ireland. You can expect to see more international shipping destinations throughout 2025. Woo!

- All orders (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 3 business days.

- We’ll notify you when your order is dispatched with tracking details

- For Australia deliveries, free shipping is available on orders over $100 with a flat fee of $5 shipping for any orders under $100

- Items are sent using Australia Post

- Estimated delivery time for Australia deliveries is between 7-14 days

- If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery to your country

- Duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported

- These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by You Do You Boo

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To start a return, email us at hello@youdoyouboo.com.au and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: You Do You Boo, Level 1, 60 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at hello@youdoyouboo.com.au

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.   

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union

3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@youdoyouboo.com.au
